Where are your products made?

Our planners and other printed resources are lovingly and thoughtfully designed for Aussie teachers in Perth, Australia, and published with a whole lot of care in China.

Can I personalise my planner with my name or other details?

Sorry, but just like you can’t personalise a standard report card these days, we can’t offer personalised printing or any deviation from our layout and design options as all our planners and logbooks are printed in bulk by professionals. You can, however, go to town on that sucker with your Sharpies and some stickers, so there’s that.

What sizes do your planners come in? Do they come in packs?

All our planners and books A4 in size and are sold individually. Our new Meetings book is B5 in size.

What layouts are available?

When it comes to organising your school year, we’ve got something for everyone! (Well, almost everyone. We probably don’t have anything for the student who always complains that they forgot their pencil case. AGAIN.)

Our planners come in the following layout options:
• Weekly view (horizontal spread)
• Weekly view (vertical spread)
• Undated weekly view (vertical spread only)
• Undated, lay flat weekly view planners (vertical spread only)
• Day-to-a-page view

We also stock and sell Professional Development (PD) logbooks, assessment/results recording books, sticker packs which fit perfectly with each planner’s boxed layout, and other cool accessories to make planning a breeze, like pen loops, tabs, bulldog clips, and book elastics. (Yeah, we’re kinda’ efficient when it comes to getting our sh*t together.)

How do I choose the right planner for me?

Just like your preference for teaching primary or high school, it’s a personal choice. Graduates, early career teachers, and people who prefer to include more detailed information in their daily planning tend to buy the day-to-a-page planner. Other teachers prefer the horizontal weekly view planner because it gives you the most space to write (and our personal fave), while others prefer the short 'n' sweet vertical style to just drop in the basics, which is perfect for junior and senior secondary teachers who just need to keep track of their class load. As we said, it’s totally up to you!

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Any tips for keeping my planner in good nick?

While our planner covers are tougher than a DP on detention room duty, we don’t recommend you spill your morning triple-shot latte all over it, okay? But if your cover does get a bit wet, give it a good wipe down, and it should be all good to go.

ORDERS, PAYMENT & SHIPPING

I ordered a pre-order product and an in-stock product, will they be shipped separately?

All our orders are shipped together, if you've ordered a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, your whole order will be shipped once we have all items in-stock. If you need an item from your order immediatley, please contact us to arrange additional shipping.

Oops, I ordered the wrong item or want to change something in my order!

We understand that sometimes you get *so* excited to purchase your Zivia goodies that you make a mistake in a rush (no judgment!). We ship orders out super fast, so if you need to make a change or you'd like to add something to your order, email us ASAP and we will do our very best to make the change for you.

Where can I purchase Zivia products?

All our products are available exclusively through our website.

I’m a super-generous principal who wants to buy planners for all my staff. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

First off, let us say that you’re an absolute LEGEND and we salute you. Secondly, yes, we do. Please contact us directly via our contact form, select the 'bulk order' option, and we'll get in touch to talk about discounted rates.

Where do you ship to?

All over the world! (Yep, we’ve gone international.) And while we ship to the most far-flung classrooms on the planet.

How much does shipping cost?

Australian orders: $12 for regular post, $18 for express post.
New Zealand orders: $18 flat rate.

International orders: $35 flat rate.

We also offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $100. (We’re nice like that.)

How long will shipping take?

We take pride in shipping your order promptly, in most cases your order will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days.
Our processing times may be longer November through January given the increase in orders during those months. Any changes will be noted on the website banner.

Australian customers can expect their order within 2 - 7 business days, with longer delivery periods (up to 15 working days) for our international colleagues. If you need a specific delivery date, please contact us before placing your order.

My tracking says my order is being returned to sender, now what?

For parcels where delivery has been refused, parcels that have been returned to us because of an insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process, or for parcels unclaimed from a post office or collection point (that have returned to us because they have not been collected within the required timeframe) will be charged a re-shipping fee (which covers the full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred), in order to be re-shipped to you. We do not take responsibility for any additional costs/charges that may be incurred due to incorrectly submitted information.

Can I track my order online?

We ship our goodies via the logistics legends at Australia Post. Once your parcel has been collected, our mates at Australia Post will email you all your tracking details* so you can follow your planner’s great big journey from our HQ to your front door.

* Heads-up: If you don’t get a tracking email from Australia Post, please contact us directly, and we’ll hook you up with the details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your returns policy?

At Zivia, we know that happy teachers make happy classrooms. That's why we're proud to offer our Zivia Happiness Guarantee - the ultimate assurance that you'll love our products as much as your students love recess.

We understand that even the most organised teachers can have a change of heart, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your Zivia product, simply email us at hello@zivia.net and we'll arrange a return for you. (We won't judge, we promise.)

Now, we do have a few requirements to ensure that your return is processed smoothly. Firstly, make sure you've returned the item to us in its original packaging (box and bubble wrap). We know it's tempting to rip open the packaging like it's Christmas morning, but trust us - it'll make the return process much easier if it arrives back to us in one piece.

Secondly, we kindly ask that you return the item in its original, pristine condition. We're talking no pen marks, no sticky fingerprints, and definitely no rogue glitter (as much as we love it). We know you're a teacher, not a magician, but we trust that you'll work your magic and make it happen.

Finally, please note that return postage on change of mind returns is at customer’s cost and original shipping costs won't be refunded, as much as we wish we could teleport your Zivia goodies straight to your classroom (if only).

Whoops! I just placed an order with you and realised I picked the wrong layout/cover. Can I change my order before you send it?

Look, we understand how tricky ordering online can be. (Especially when you’re trying to buy resources while shoving down half a sandwich before running out to playground duty.) That’s why we will do our best to change your layout/cover if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

My order has arrived damaged/incorrect. What should I do?

If your Zivia order arrives in less than A+ condition, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can arrange a refund or exchange of the product and shipping costs.

This is awkward, but I’m really unhappy with my order. Do you offer refunds?

We might joke about a lot of things here at Zivia – like the importance of NAPLAN, or the chances of getting through an entire lesson without someone asking a question that’s already been asked – but customer satisfaction isn’t one of them.
