I ordered from Clare at Zivia for this year after switching from another designer. Through no fault of Clare, the design box was mixed up and my design was no longer available. Clare offered the most relentless and genuine apologies and worked with me to find another design. When I received my planner parcel (opened today), she had added some lovely and thoughtful extras to go with my planner and a little note. The books are lovely and the design is even prettier than the pictures. My experience with Zivia and Clare have been great, even with the colour swaps. Clare definitely cares about her customers, business and takes care to make you feel special and looked after with her personalised communication and thoughtfulness. Apart from wanting never ending holidays, I will be excited to use these when the time comes to inevitably go back! Thanks Clare!

I absolutely love the professional development log books. Such a great way to have all PD in one place. I bought a few to give out as gifts to other staff.

The diary was beautiful and colourful with good quality paper, but I found it a bit cluttered visually for my taste.

I decided to try switching to a digital planner on an iPad and had to ask Zivia for some help with technical questions. They were really supportive and helped try to file on another app for me before I bought it. Really excited to use it properly next year but have been playing around and love it.
