I ordered from Clare at Zivia for this year after switching from another designer. Through no fault of Clare, the design box was mixed up and my design was no longer available. Clare offered the most relentless and genuine apologies and worked with me to find another design. When I received my planner parcel (opened today), she had added some lovely and thoughtful extras to go with my planner and a little note. The books are lovely and the design is even prettier than the pictures. My experience with Zivia and Clare have been great, even with the colour swaps. I absolutely love the professional development log books. Such a great way to have all PD in one place. I bought a few to give out as gifts to other staff.
